GF.6 - Triana Orpheus

God, I love the "Venture Brothers." When I started this "Girlfriends" project, Triana was one of the first characters I jotted down, along with, obviously, Dr. Girlfriend (who is now Dr. Mrs. The Monarch, a title that makes me laugh every time), and Molotov Cocktease. So be expecting more Venture Bros. characters - just don't expect them anytime soon. I'm really not keeping up with this as regularly as I hoped. Eh, the holidays. What can you do?

Of course, it may come as a bit of shock to Triana to learn she's love-struck Dean's "girlfriend." You know... if she was real. But I wasn't going to let a technicality stop me from playing around here. Because another thing I love aside from "Venture Bros." is the Parker books Darwyn Cooke has been putting out. Freakin' gorgeous in art, design and packaging. I'm really envious of his (and Michael Cho's) way with a limited color palette. I figured this was a good piece to experiment with along those lines.
